カステラの老舗店「文明堂」とともに作り上げた、他では手に入らないこだわりのカステラ。選び抜いたシンプルな素材の持ち味を活かした、日本の伝統を感じる特別な和菓子です。
We partnered with the famous traditional Japanese confectionary "Bunmeido" to produce this signature, with simple ingredients but brings flavors and taste that you can never imagine.

大自然の中で育つ葉山養鶏場の若鶏が産んだ卵を使い、口どけの良い濃厚な甘みのしっとりとしたカステラに仕上げました。多めのざらめを使うことで、よりリッチな味わいに。
Free ranch eggs laid by hens in Hayama poultry farm, the wholesome richness and moisture of this cake comes from pure flavors of the handpicked ingredients. One of Chef Okamura's favorite item on the list.
