A beautifully layered pound cake with a delightful contrast of flavours and textures. The lower layer combines white chocolate chips with raspberry, while the upper layer offers a dacquoise coated in raspberry chocolate adorned with dried raspberries and a piece of Shangri-La Tokyo logo chocolate.
