伝統を重んじつつ、新たなものづくりに取り組む、 漆塗り工房の土直漆器との協業商品です。美しい色合いを持つ、上品で小粋なカードケース。
ケースの局面は手に持つとしっくりなじみ、堅牢で、漆の奥深さを引き立てます。 表面は銀箔で、蒔絵を施し、透き漆をかけることで絵柄が浮かび上がる「白檀塗」という伝統的な技法で仕上げました。
使っていくうちに徐々に模様が明るくなり使い手によって異なる風合いが生まれ、まるで革のように、長くご愛用いただけます。 漆の経年変化をお楽しみください。

This card case is a collaboration product with Tsuchinao Shikki, a lacquerware workshop that continues the 1,500-year tradition of Echizen lacquerware from Sabae City in Fukui Prefecture, while embracing new approaches to craftsmanship.
Elegant and refined, the case features beautiful coloring and a sleek design. Its curved shape fits comfortably in the hand, combining durability with the deep, rich character of lacquer.
The surface is finished using a traditional technique called byakudan-nuri (sandalwood-style lacquer), in which silver foil is decorated with maki-e (gold or silver lacquer painting), then coated with a translucent lacquer that reveals the design beneath. Over time, the patterns gradually become more vivid, creating a unique patina that reflects the user’s touch—much like the way leather ages beautifully with use.

直射日光の当たる場所、温度の高すぎる所や低すぎる所に放置しないでください。
体質により、漆等の塗料でかぶれることがあります。異常を感じたときは使用をやめて頂き専門医にご相談ください。
名刺はおよそ20枚入ります。
中のバネ材で名刺を挟む仕組みになっていますので、名刺は落ちません。
