Our premium matcha pound cake for this early summer uses the finest quality matcha that is carefully hand-picked by tea farmers in Uji, Kyoto, "Shimizu-ya", with its long history of over 300 years since the Edo era. Azuki beans and black soybeans bring a gentle sweetness and a change in texture with the rich matcha flavour. A luxurious tea time with a Japanese essence.
