抹茶を練り込んだ生地に、洋酒香る果実とナッツを贅沢に加え、焼き上げた後にバターと和三盆を染み込ませた、和の趣漂うシュトーレン。
抹茶パウダーと粉糖が雪化粧のように仕上げ、ワインにも日本酒にも寄り添う、大人のための一品です。

This seasonal stollen features matcha-infused dough enriched with liqueur-soaked fruits and nuts.
After baking, it is brushed with butter and wasanbon sugar, then finished with a snowy dusting of matcha and icing sugar.
A sophisticated treat that also pairs beautifully with wine or sake.
