オレンジ、伊予柑、セミドライのマンダリンオレンジ、アーモンドスライスを生地に混ぜて焼き上げ、仕上げの香りづけにオレンジフラワーウォーターをしみ込ませた、甘さ控えめで素朴な味わいです。

A traditional Christmas confection enjoyed in France, Switzerland, Austria and beyond. The dough is baked with orange, Iyokan, semi-dried mandarin and sliced almonds, then delicately infused with orange flower water for a fragrant finish.
Mildly sweet and wonderfully rustic, it offers a simple yet charming taste of the season.
