Our premium matcha pound cake for this spring uses the finest quality matcha that is carefully hand-picked by tea farmers in Uji, Kyoto, "Shimizu-ya", with its long history of over 300 years since the Edo era. Coated with cherry blossom flavoured chocolate, the combination of the elegant green of matcha and the gentle pink from cherry blossoms achieve the refreshing breeze of the new season.
