Inspired by a Christmas wreath, this elegant cake features layers of pain d’épices, Amaou strawberry jelly, hazelnut biscuit, pistachio ganache, and marinated dried fruits, all enveloped in pistachio mousse and coated in green chocolate. Finished with holly, red currants, gold leaf, and snowflake decorations, it’s a festive centrepiece full of seasonal charm.
