自然に近い環境で生産され、豊富なビタミンE（普通卵の15倍）とDHA（普通卵の2.5倍）を含む奈良県産葉山たまごに、国内で生産された材料とイタリアの製法でフレッシュチーズを生産する渋谷「CHEESE STAND」のクリームチーズをメインの原材料とし、埼玉県秩父地域に自生するカエデから採取されたメープルシロップと鹿児島のきび砂糖と信州の白みそをブレンド。飽きのこない奥深さと優しい甘さが魅力のチーズケーキを作り上げました。

冷凍庫にて-18℃以下で保存ください。
解凍は冷蔵庫(10℃以下)でゆっくり行い(約6時間程)、
解凍後は冷蔵庫で保管の上、
なるべく早め(24時間以内)にお召し上がり下さい。

This premium cheesecake was created under the theme of 'local production for local consumption in Japan' by bringing together the best domestic ingredients from all over the country.

The main ingredients are Hayama eggs from Nara Prefecture, which are produced in a natural environment and are rich in vitamin E (15 times more than normal eggs) and DHA (2.5 times more than normal eggs); cream cheese from CHEESE STAND in Shibuya, which makes fresh cheese using ingredients produced in Japan and Italian methods; and maple syrup from the Chichibu area of Saitama Prefecture. Maple syrup from maple trees in the Chichibu region of Saitama Prefecture is mixed with cane sugar from Kagoshima and white miso from Shinshu. The result is a cheesecake with depth and a gentle sweetness that never gets boring.
